Progress Dashboard
Introducing Infovity’s “Progress Dashboard”, an enhancement for Oracle Goal Management developed by Infovity to simplify tracking for HR Leaders and managers. The “Progress Dashboard” captures each phase of the process, streamlines it into a single view, analytic dashboard with the capability to create a variety of granular reports for each role while maintaining data security.
Phase 1
Goal Setting Phase Period, usually first 1 – 2 months, when goals are set for an employee and approved.
Phase 2
Goals are being worked on and progress is recorded in the system. This typically spans up to the time when an annual appraisal is initiated.
Phase 3
Goal completion and appraisal.
*In each of these phases, there is an approval workflow initiated to enforce rules and regulations throughout the review period.
